What is Therapeutic Bodywork?

Therapeutic Bodywork is a broad term for a wide range of therapies which can include massage techniques, as well as posture awareness and ease of movement exploration through other somatic (body) therapies. 

Tammy Jo O'Neal
has been trained in Swedish Massage Therapy,  Myofascial Release Techniques, Foot Reflexology, Prenatal/Postpartum Maternity Massage, Infant Massage Instruction, and most recently, the Trager(R) Approach.  You can find relief from stress, an acute injury or pain with an individual session.  Regularly scheduled sessions can improve body awareness and enhance your physical well being.
